1. Research Use Only

All products sold by PEPTRIX are strictly intended for in vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, cosmetic use, or veterinary use. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or affiliated with a recognised research institution.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement and will use all products in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. PEPTRIX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 PM AEST on the same business day. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. PEPTRIX is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
