Shipping & Returns

Dispatch & Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our Australian fulfilment centre. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 PM AEST on the same business day. Orders placed after 2PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Options

• Free Express Shipping — on all orders over $250 AUD
• Express Shipping — available at checkout, calculated based on your location

Estimated Delivery Times

• Metro areas: 1–3 business days
• Regional areas: 1–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order via our Track Your Order page.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our research compounds, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If you have received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@peptrix.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will assess each case individually and work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf to investigate.
